A fluid approach

My primary modality is Gestalt Therapy and my approach is a blend of embodiment, metaphor, humour, and vitality. I have an active movement practice as well as training in dance and yoga, which greatly influence my embodied response and awareness within the co-created field.

I strive to bring honesty and creativity into our sessions along with my energy as a helpful clown/philosophical eeyore type of human being.

I provide support in a variety of areas and strive to yield to the wisdom and autonomy of each client. I also speak and facilitate on a variety of topics related to 2SLGBTQI+ inclusivity and diversity.

I am happy to connect over a complimentary phone consultation for us to explore if we might be a good fit to work together.

Gestalt therapy is a
relational, experiential, and embodied
approach with the goal to help you
become more aware.

This awareness can then help you to see your experiences and issues in new or different ways.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • In a therapy session, we will work together to co-create a supportive space for you to more deeply explore the stickiness and discomfort you are experiencing in your life.

I often share with clients that in session, they are the driver and are in complete control of our route and what speed we travel at. I will be in the passenger seat supporting you with invitations and offerings.

  • All sessions are 50-minutes in length and $175.

Upon request, I offer a sliding scale of $100-$120.

If your finances change as we are working together, I always encourage you to reach out so we can make temporary or permanent cost adjustments based on your situation.

  • Absolutely. Part of being in the queer community means holding empathy and compassion for the fear and uncertainty that comes with exploring oneself. It can be a daunting task to try and get to know who you really are and it is my belief that no one needs to do it alone.

There's magic in being seen by people who understand - it gives you permission to keep going. Self-expression sometimes requires other people. Becoming ourselves is a collective journey.”
